BPM for Metering PA PDR Draft FERC 719.pdf
Metering BPM update to Proxy Demand section to clarify language and provide further examples. Further changes to comply with FERC order no. 719 in regard to LSE and UDC approval process for PDR.
The updates reflect process changes and language around the proposed process changes suggested to obtain compliance with the recent PDR FERC order. BPM sections updated for this are 12.1, 12.2, 12.4, 12.5, 12.5.3, 12.5.4.
Updates to Section 12.7 was also added to comply with FERC order to clarify A/S resources and the use of meter before, meter after calculation.
Other redlined section updates were made for purposes of clarification.
The ISO is extending the comment period 10 days for comment on these changes.

Pacific Gas and Electric submitted several suggested revisions to the language set forth in this PRR 173. The suggested revisions are set forth in a MS Word document attached to this PRR in a table format. Due to system limitations, the BPM Change Manager has posted the document on behalf of PG and E.
