 The Six Cities have the following comment and question concerning this PRR:
         Section 3.2 (page 21) - - In the first paragraph as revised, the last sentence is incomplete.
         Section 6.5.9.2 (page 74) - - What is the reason for deleting the last paragraph? What happens to the modification assessment deposit?

Section 3.2 - The ISO will correct the last sentence when we post the recommendation.  Thank you.
Section 6.5.9.2 - The language is being removed as it is not ISO practice to hold the deposit for downsizing modification requests until after the reassessment.  The accounting is closed out as per the usual process.
