Reason For Revision

Dispute research tied to Uninstructed Imbalance Energy (UIE) Settlement is triggering this change. It was found that Hybrid TG resource attribute combination was being incorrectly filtered, leading to incorrect settlement for UIE. Similar filters outside of UIE require updates to filter Hybrid TG resources correctly.

 

This is a retroactive change, with production deployment expected 5/27/2024 and an effective date of 7/1/2023.
