​Since a day is either valid or invalid, no partial derates are permitted.  Any PMax value other than 0 MW entered in OMS through either the UI or API for a PDR, RDRR or PDR-LSR Resource ID shall return an error message.

Since a day is either valid or invalid, the only PMAX derate permitted for PDR and PDR-LSR is derate to 0 MW’s (i.e., a PDR is either 100% available or 0% available, there are no partial derates for PDRs and PDR-LSRs).
Reason For Revision
 

Version 10 of the Demand Response BPM contains updates to Section 15 - Outages. The update is a correction to the language to align it with the OMS BPM. Version 10 of the Demand Response BPM is effective 9/29/2022.
