Response to the first bullet. The tariff language does not limit eligibility to generating resources. Any resource that can meet the tariff requirements is eligible.
Response to the second bullet. We will add this language to the BPM accordingly.

On BPM PRR 1360 it indicates language that is different than the filing with FERC on 4/28/21.

The FERC filing reads in Section 30.5.1 (z) “The Scheduling Coordinator must provide such information to the CAISO (1) by June 29, 2021 for the months of July and August 2021, and (2) by 45 days prior to the applicable month for all months thereafter.”

While, BPM PRR 1360 in section 2.5.5.2.3 reads, “In order to qualify as a high priority wheel, a contract to serve load outside the CAISO balancing authority area must be entered into prior to the filing date (4/23/2021) of these proposed changes with FERC, and 45 days prior to the beginning of later months as applicable.”

We believe the BPM should reflect the language included in the FERC filing on eligibility for registration on high priority wheels in terms of deadlines for July/August 2021, and also note the contract entrance date also reflects the June 29th 2021, for July and August 2021, and 45 days prior thereafter and is not “prior to the filing date (4/23/2021)”.
