Initial Comments
SRP does not have any resources associated with Mirror System Resources. SRP has a significant amount of wheel through associated with an existing Mirror System Resource. Mismatch/curtailment of a wheel through auto mirror will have reliability impacts on SRP operations. Due to reliability impacts, SRP requests the BPM include an exemption from auto mirror functionality for EIM Entities with mirrors that have a significant number of wheel-through tags.
