RC West Services implementation of settlements and billing requires the termination of the Peak RC charge code to allow for the appropriate calculations and generation of invoices and statements by Settlements for the RC customers internal to the CAISO BAA.

BPM for Settlements and Billing has been revised to support the implementation.
