CAISO has received written communication dated 4/17/2020 from SCE to withdraw their appeal that states:
"In light of the ISO CCE tariff filing at FERC, SCE withdraws PRR 1139 appeal. SCE believes that the filed tariff change adequately addresses the issues that led to the appeal and as such, there is no longer a need to continue with the appeal as we await a ruling from the FERC."
