Impact Analysis
Initial Comments
 CAISO Response: We have included section 4 in the 6.0.2 for the document history in RT Energy PC 6.0.2.
 CAISO Response: On the reason for our numbering system. We follow our procedure. The 5.7 and 5.8 indicates difference in effectivities (start and end dates, and the last number in the 5.7.5 and 5.8.2 means we are patching for the same effectivities of 5.7 or 5.8.  As there is no 5.7.4 and there is immediate jump to 5.7.5, it is meant to split the effectivities (a different start than 5.7 but before 5.8) between 5.7 and 5.8. Any different start date after 5/1/2026 (meant for 5.8), will become 5.9 and so on.

The Six Cities have comments on three Pre-Calculations included in PRR 1687, as follows:
In PC RT Energy Quantity, v. 6.0.2, the document history has not been updated in Section 4.
Two sets of proposed revisions to PC Wheel Export Quantity, identified as v. 5.7.5 and v. 5.8.2, are included in PRR 1687.  The document history for v. 5.7.5 appears to be incomplete and to reflect changes dating as far back as 11/1/24.  While v. 5.8.2 updates the document history, the numbering is not sequential, and the relationships between the changes in the two version are unclear.  The Six Cities request an explanation for the gap in numbering and the relationships between the two versions.
