​The initial version of the Market Operations BPM and Market Operations BPM Appendices for DAME and EDAM changes.  Note: Submitted as Emergency due to just missing the Normal timeline cutoff.

Southern California Edison provides the following comments:

In the BPM for Market Operations Appendices, Section L.4., several descriptions contain "Error! Reference source not found." on page 313, and 323, 327, 328. SCE requests the CAISO please clarify what these sections are intended to be.
