Reason For Revision

The purpose of this change is to address a defect that the ABC Regulation Up credit was not processing correctly to provide a credit to the WEIM entity that received AET.

The settlements related scope for this defect is as follows:

Update the 6476 charge code for the Assistance Energy Transfer Surcharge to correctly calculate ABC Regulation Credit in the surcharge settlement.

The effective Trade Date for this change is retroactive to 7/1/2023.​
