Reason For Revision

​

In compliance with Tariff 11.17.2.1 for the qualification of Minimum Load Cost across markets for bid cost recovery, an updated input description on advisory shutdown flag is provided. This clarifies how such input is built from upstream and how it relates to Real Time Unit Commitment runs with advisory shutdown instructions for resources with minimum load costs.

 

This input was missing, and with it being provided will flow to the existing calculations for MLC qualification.

 

The prospective fix changes are to be deployed around 5/29/2024 and settle charge codes for Trade Dates starting no later than 8/1/2024.
