1.	Some of the text is garbled. For example, on p. 81, under Section 6.2 Analog and Digital Notes, #16 reads “HNote 1621es average wind speed.esources if there resource has a Battery component.SL”
2.	PG&amp;E is concerned with some of the text in the impact document that says CAISO will require the telemetry of SOC to agree with the master file values, because some batteries are overbuilt. And if a battery is overbuilt then there will be times where the SOC does not agree with the master file’s max value.
3.	Also, this isn’t directly related to PRR 1679, but in the BPM on Direct Telemetry, Table 6-1 says that batteries are required to provide their ramp rate as part of their telemetry requirements. We are unsure how we would measure that. Could CAISO provide some clarification on its expectations around this requirement?
