Description: Charge Code 64600: Given the title of the Charge Code (reference to FMM settlement) and the revisions to the formulas shown in Sections 3.6.9 and 3.6.10, it appears to the Six Cities that multiple references throughout the Charge Code to “5M” or “5MFMM” should either be deleted or changed to “FMM” for clarity. The Six Cities have identified such references in Sections 3.4 Row 1 (p. 6); 3.5 Row 2 (p. 7); 3.6.1 and 3.6.2 (p. 8); 3.6.7 (p. 9), 3.6.9, 3.6.10, and 3.7 Rows 1 and 2 (p. 10); and 3.7 Rows 8 and 9 (p. 11).
