Description: The CAISO received written comment from Amber Clinkscales from SRP: SRP agrees that this is a good change, since HASP awards are currently not getting accounted for in the test. Will this change also apply to normal tags which are currently updated after the T-40 test?

Description: In response to comment submitted by Amber Clinkscales from SRP: This PRR clarifies that the ISO will use the available interchange award data for CAISO intertie transactions at T-40 in the last Resource Sufficiency Evaluation test. There are no more RSE tests after T-40 however, for Fifteen-Minute Market runs that occur after T-40 a new interchange award payload is receive before the execution of each Fifteen-Minute Market run and used to determine binding CAISO intertie Fifteen-Minute Market schedules. Please refer to EIM BPM Section 11.3.2 on Resource Sufficiency Evaluation for more information.
