Description: SRP appreciates the opportunity to comment on PRR 1497. SRP requests the CAISO provide clarification with respect to how CAISO intends impose tagging requirement and deny tags for lower priority exports that have been incorrectly tagged as G-F. Further, in addition to a EEA3 condition, SRP encourages the CAISO to provide specific language in the BPM clarifying all conditions for when curtailments will occur.
