Description: CDWR appreciates CAISO’s effort on the proposed changes and supports the proposed changes to the Reliability Requirements BPM section 7.1.1 in PRR #1490 that reflects the language in the existing tariff section 40.6.4.2 to exempt participating Pumping Loads, irrespective of Use Limited resource status, from RUC Availability Bids requirement.
