Description: The CAISO received written comments from Pamela Mills at SDG&E via email on 10/18 which states: SDG&E supports CAISO’s proposed change the BPM for Generator Management. The proposed modification request form is a great improvement over the existing process for modification requests. SDG&E supports the identification of modifications related to the previous configuration of the project by the IC during the submission of the request. Similar to how study results and the previous MMA letter become binding as issued, SDG&E also supports the terms of the modification request becoming binding upon issuing of the modification requests results. SDG&E supports the removal/retirement of the MMA letter, and the move to a report-style response.
