Final Decision: The following language is being added to Section 6.2.9.5 Criteria for Retaining TP Deliverability Allocation The allocation of TP Deliverability for Generating Facilities that achieve Commercial Operation will have the associated deliverability status reflected as an attribute of the Generating Facility and will no longer be subject to the GIDAP TP Deliverability retention criteria. Generating Facilities’ deliverability is not permanent, and is subject to the requirements of the CAISO tariff and their GIA, including as described in Section 6.1.3.4 of the BPM for Reliability Requirements.
