Stakeholder Comment: SCE and PG&E's comments were received and the ISO takes note of their concern. However, the BPM follows the existing Tariff language and the ISO will be moving forward with sanctioning late monitoring data on a per resource basis. Entities have the option of appealing with FERC if the end result for a set of violations seems unreasonable.
