Announcement for PRR - 1433

Description: CAISO response to SCE Comments: After review, the CAISO confirms the BPM language accurately reflects the Tariff and, as such, we cannot accept the change from Interconnection Customer (IC) to Scheduling Coordinator (SC) without a subsequent Tariff change. We encourage SC's to work with their IC's and make sure they have a point-of-contact to manage any issues.
