Description: NCPA thanks CAISO for providing market participants with the opportunity to continue pursuing resolution to proposed BPM revision requests, even after they have been approved, through a fair, thoughtful, and well-structured appeals process. NCPA commends CAISO staff for expeditiously creating PRRs 1236 and 1237 and including revisions that are consistent with the Executive Appeals Committee’s decision on the appeal of 1122.
