Initial Comment for PRR - 1230

Description: The BPM language currently states, “Requests must include an explanation for the change sent via email to rdt@caiso.com.” PG&E suggests the CAISO clarify that an email is only required if the CAISO Master File analyst has follow-up questions to the explanation provided in the Upload Comments field of the Master File User Interface (UI). Requiring a Scheduling Coordinator to email information already provided in the UI is redundant and unnecessary for simple master file changes.
