Description: NCPA appreciates the opportunity to comment on Proposed Revision Request 1121. NCPA generally supports removing this language from the Reliability Requirements BPM but does not support inserting it in any other BPMs as is proposed in PRR 1122. NCPA shall submit further comments in PRR 1122.
