Description: Following-up on my questions from today’s CAISO stakeholder call regarding the Outage Management BPM (PRR 1114): • 1.) Revised section 3.5 of the Outage Management BPM regarding Reliability Coordinator Outage Types refers to the “RC Operating Procedure.” Can you please clarify as to which CAISO Operating Procedure the CAISO intends to refer? • 2.) Revised section 6 of the Outage Management BPM regarding the proposed Mid-Range planning process strikes a subsection outlining Balancing Authority & Transmission Operator responsibilities, and instead refers to the “RC Operating Procedure.” Can you please clarify as to which CAISO Operating Procedure the CAISO intends to refer? • 3.) Revised section 7.5 of the Outage Management BPM regarding Short-Range outage conflicts refers to “the Reliability Coordinator’s conflict resolution process.” Can you specify where this process can be found? With regard to each of the three questions above, will the specific Operating Procedure and section number be added to the next set of revisions to the Outage Management BPM?
