ISO response to comments on the PRR 1259.pdf    
LSA - PRR 1259 comms final 071420.docx    
LSA and SEIA comments on PRR 1259.  These comments state that the proposed changes go far beyond the stated rationale of incorporating FERC approval of Off-Peak Deliverability Upgrades to include substantive changes that have not been vetted properly with stakeholders.
