The introduction of four new CPM Type designation codes are required to allow for the differentiation of the insufficiencies associated with the annual Resource Adequacy Plan from those of the monthly Resource Adequacy Plan. Automating the annual CPM calculations eliminates the need for the manual allocation work via a PTB, saving processing time. 

The planned production deployment date is 3/26/2019 with an 1/1/2020 effective date.
