Reason For Revision
 

This language only change clarifies the flag input for dynamic AS obligation, BAResourceDynamicASObligationFlag, which is associated with bill determinant name BA_DAY_RSRC_DYN_AS_OBLIG_FLG.

A note has been added:

“This flag value has a value 1 for Dynamic Import, or Static “AS Tie Gen” Import resources, for which CAISO procures AS. In these cases, the SC’s portfolio will not get a 3% credit for AS obligation.”

 

This factor data clarification starts with Trade Date 3/1/2016.

 

This update resulted from a recent CIDI inquiry. Further, it was found that a data error, whereby this factor data was not created properly. The correction will happen for any trade date re-settled from 3/1/2016. While there is no configuration change, the input factor data update will potentially result in a change to settlement values. Production data changes will happen around 11/9/2018.
